OUR MISSION

There are no useless threads in the fabric of the ecosystem and if we cut any one of them, it will unravel many others. We make great effort to develop a mutually beneficial relationship with the land and ecosystem that will provide nutrition and sustenance for many years to come. We steward our land using No Till farming practices and holistic, beyond organic principles.

All of the produce we sell is 100% organic, never sprayed, and grown by our crew in Jamesport, NY.

Certified Organic

We are NOFA Certified organic. Here is what the NOFA website has to say about this certification. “Organic certification is a process that enables food and other agricultural products to be represented as organic. In 2002, the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) implemented federal standards for organic products. Organic standards address such factors as soil quality, pest and weed control, use of input materials, and humane treatment of livestock. Meeting these NOP standards is the core of the organic certification process and is required for a producer to use the word “organic” or the USDA Organic seal on food, feed, or fiber products. New York State is consistently a national leader in organic production, ranking 3rd in the nation for number of organic farms.”
